An age specific group class that teaches kids and teenagers the proper techniques for warmups and injury prevention while improving their speed and agility.
This class focuses on flexibility and stability. Complimentary with your membership. Mondays & Wednesdays, at 12.30-1.15pm.
A total body boot camp. Complimentary with your membership. Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays, at 12.00-12.45pm, Fridays 12.30-1.15pm.
