Coach Joshua Pavon, Strength and Conditioning Coach, is a proud graduate from Kennesaw State University, where he earned his BS in Exercise and Human Science. While in undergrad, he interned as a Strength and Conditioning coach at EXOS, one of the most renown sports performance facilities in the world. During that time, he had the opportunity to work with an array of health-care professionals. This opportunity prepared and helped develop him as a coach, so that he could provide the highest-level of training to his athletes. Those of which included; pro, collegiate, youth athletes and the United States Special Operations community.
He has worked in many leadership roles such as; Fitness/Athletic Director in the Greater Atlanta area, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Atlanta Dream (WNBA), and current CEO/Founder of EYES UP Performance LLC. His diverse clientele, has allowed his coaching/training style to continually evolve and to constantly find the best ways to improve athletic ability, and overall better movement and well-being for each client.
Coach Joshua’s training philosophy is simple; a holistic training style that bridges the gap between injury prevention and performance. He believes that properly sound movement, is key to long-term athletic success. His goal is to help his clients think well, feel well, move well, and ultimately perform well. By working toward this goal, clients will physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually reach and achieve more. Coach Joshua strives for educating and empowering his clients to reach their ultimate health and fitness potential, so they can become the strongest version of themselves.
Joshua is accredited by several governing bodies such as the National Sports Medicine Academy as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Functional Movement Specialist (FMS), US Olympics Performance Coach (USA W Level 1), and a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach (PN). In addition, Joshua is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, which he is currently working towards his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification (CSCS). He continues to further his education, by a never stop learning approach and attending conferences and seminars around the state/nation.
